Stratis Medical uses Bomgar Cloud Remote Access for all support calls involving access to a customer’s computer. The support platform is HIPAA compliant and runs on a secure port for all sessions. The client will be removed from the customer’s computer when the remote session has ended, either by the customer or the support representative.
