Software Support

Stratis Medical uses Bomgar Cloud Remote Access for all support calls involving access to a customer’s computer. The support platform is HIPAA compliant and runs on a secure port for all sessions. The client will be removed from the customer’s computer when the remote session has ended, either by the customer or the support representative.
To receive remote software support and be guided through the process, please contact our customer service technical support team at 888.292.7875.
If you are currently on-line with a member of our technical support team please click here  https://stratis.bomgarcloud.com to be taken to the Bomgar Support Portal. Once in the portal, choose the support representative by clicking their name and following the instructions to run the support client.
A session key is not required for remote support assistance.
